DMCA Policy
Last Updated: October 10, 2025
ZenoraeAP ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy ("DMCA Policy") describes how ZenoraeAP responds to claims of copyright infringement and outlines the procedures for submitting a valid notice or counter-notice.
This policy applies to all content hosted, displayed, or made accessible through our website and related services at zenorae.online.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content available through our platform infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. To be considered valid under applicable law, your notification must include all of the following elements:
1.1 A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
1.2 Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works is acceptable.
1.3 Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our platform (such as a URL or specific description).
1.4 Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as a mailing address, telephone number, or email address.
1.5 A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
1.6 A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
All DMCA notices must be submitted to our designated copyright agent using the contact information below. Please note that communications submitted through channels other than those listed here may not receive a timely response or may not be processed as valid DMCA notices.

We recommend submitting notices by email to ensure timely receipt and processing. Physical mail notices may take additional time to be received and reviewed.
3. Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA notice, ZenoraeAP will act expeditiously to:
3.1 Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
3.2 Notify the user or uploader responsible for the content that a complaint has been received and that the content has been removed or disabled.
3.3 Inform the affected user of their right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a submitted notice constitutes a valid DMCA notification. Incomplete or inadequate notices will not be acted upon and may be returned to the submitting party with a request for additional information.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you uploaded or posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:
4.1 Your physical or electronic signature.
4.2 Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (such as the URL where it was previously located).
4.3 A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4.4 Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we may restore the removed content within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to prevent restoration of the content.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
ZenoraeAP maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers. In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to terminate the accounts or access privileges of users who are found to have repeatedly infringed upon the copyrights of others or who have submitted content found to infringe third-party rights on multiple occasions.
This policy applies regardless of whether the repeat infringement involves the same or different copyrighted works.
6. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Please be aware that submitting a knowingly false or materially misleading DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a fraudulent notice or makes material misrepresentations in connection with a DMCA claim.
We also reserve the right to disregard or decline to act upon notices that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be abusive, frivolous, or submitted in bad faith.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZenoraeAP acts as an intermediary in responding to DMCA notices and counter-notices. We do not independently verify the accuracy of claims submitted by either copyright owners or users. Our actions in removing, restoring, or disabling access to content in response to DMCA notices are taken in good faith reliance on the representations made by the submitting party.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from our good-faith compliance with valid DMCA notifications or counter-notifications, including but not limited to removal of content that is later determined not to infringe any copyright.
8. Third-Party Content
Our platform may contain links to or displays of content hosted by third parties. ZenoraeAP does not control, host, or take responsibility for such third-party content. If you believe that content on a third-party platform linked from our site infringes your copyright, you should direct your DMCA notice to the hosting party directly.
We will make reasonable efforts to cooperate with copyright owners investigating potential infringement in connection with content accessible through our platform, even where such content is hosted by a third party.
9. Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will become effective upon posting of the revised policy on this page, with an updated "Last Updated" date reflected at the top of the document.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
